Our apps are built around clear entry points, fast feedback, honest upgrade paths, privacy-respecting AI, and support/legal surfaces that are easy to find. The goal is simple: help users finish the task they opened the app for.
Every Time Apps product includes a Leave Feedback button inside the app. You can also email us the app name, a short description of what happened, your device/iOS version when relevant, and the email you want us to reply to. Please do not send sensitive personal content unless it is needed for support.

Information may be collected directly from you, generated by your use of our apps, received from Apple or subscription providers, or processed when you choose to use a feature that requires device input, uploaded content, or cloud processing.
We use information to provide app features, process user-requested actions, operate support, enforce free or paid usage limits, debug errors, prevent abuse, improve our products, keep AI-assisted features reliable, comply with law, and maintain subscription access.
Some features may ask for device permissions such as camera, microphone, speech recognition, photo library, files, notifications, or similar access. We request permissions only when relevant to the feature, and you can withdraw permission in iOS settings or stop using the relevant feature. If a product uses tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency permission, we will request that permission before tracking.
We may use infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, payment/subscription, cloud, AI, speech, OCR, and email providers to operate our apps. We require providers that process user data for us to provide the same or equal protection described in this policy and to process information only as needed for their services. We do not sell personal information or use app content for third-party advertising.
Some features may require sending user-provided content or extracted data to backend systems and AI, speech, OCR, media, document, or cloud providers. We use this data to provide the requested feature, improve reliability, and route work to capable current models, not to build advertising profiles. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal, immigration, emergency, or confidential information unless you understand the risk and choose to do so.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable legal requirements and provider safeguards.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including support, security, analytics, legal compliance, tax/accounting, and product operation. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider. You can request deletion where applicable by contacting us at privacy@timeapps.io.
You can contact us at privacy@timeapps.io to ask questions or request access, deletion, correction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can manage device permissions in iOS settings. App subscriptions are managed through Apple and can be canceled in your Apple account settings.
Time Apps products are not directed to children and are not submitted in the App Store Kids Category unless a specific product says otherwise. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact privacy@timeapps.io.
These Terms of Use apply to Time Apps websites, apps, and services operated by TIME VENTURES - FZCO. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
Time Apps products are licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple-branded devices you own or control, including through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits it. You are responsible for how you use app outputs and for complying with applicable laws.
For apps downloaded from the App Store, these terms are between you and TIME VENTURES - FZCO, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. If these terms conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms or Apple's applicable usage rules, Apple's terms control to the extent required.
We are responsible for app support as described on this website or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing, investigating, defending, settling, or discharging product claims, legal compliance claims, privacy claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property claims related to our apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our apps are provided as is and as available. If an App Store app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for our apps.
Some features may use AI, speech, OCR, media, document, or automated processing. We may update model routing, providers, or processing systems as technology improves so our apps can deliver better results. AI-assisted results can still be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review important output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, immigration, safety, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
Paid subscriptions, intro offers, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled through Apple when purchased in an iOS app. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's rules and timelines. The subscription title, length, price, price per unit where appropriate, and renewal details are shown in the app and App Store purchase flow before purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple where Apple processes the purchase.
You may not use our apps to violate law, infringe rights, abuse services, bypass usage limits, attack infrastructure, scrape or reverse engineer systems, or submit content you do not have the right to process.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using our apps, including Apple terms, network provider terms, and provider terms that apply to services used through the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for App Store apps and may enforce them against you where applicable.
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as products evolve. We work to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
